I have found them smarmy and pompous. They refused to find out information about the (very short!) lease on a property for me, and instead told me that that was something I would have to have my solicitor look into after I had put in an offer. I was not going to make an offer when I hadn't checked out the contract first.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more polite. Not acted like I would not have been able to afford it anyway, or was wasting their time. Tookt he time to find out some things for me. Not acted as though I didn;t know what I was talking about, especially when I turned out to be right, and they were wrong.Attached Filesnbsp;
