Very poor and rude staff, property returned in poor condition under their letting scheme, don't honor what they say, make unfair deduction in rents on many occassions.

I agree with John. These are the worst estate agents I have ever had. The staff are pleasent but cannot make decisions and the owners refuse to speak to you on the basis you'll eventually go away.
