We originally tried to sell our property through Ludlow when the market was really suffering. Ludlow were very professional whilst also being empathetic. They listened to our circumstances and advised us to pull the property off the market and retry in six months. When we contacted them again, we were given a very fair and realistic view of the market, and we were advised to try again. They were very upfront and told us to give them three weeks to do their best, and if things didn't work out, they wouldn't tie us into a minimum contract of eight weeks as a lot of other agents do. Try to their word, they got us an offer that met our aspirations within seven days.

Their hard work didn't stop there. As soon as the property went under offer, they worked tirelessly to manage the sale process, liaising with ourselves, the buyer and both sets of solicitors expertly. We always felt that they had time for us, no matter what our query, and they kept up their cool heads and professionalism even when the sale hit a rocky patch - this literally made the difference between the sale falling through and completing.

We have absolutely no regrets regarding using Ludlow for our sale, and we will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a trusted sales agent in future. We really cannot say enough about the service we received, and we wish them every luck for the future.
