Amanda Wrenn and her team from Lock & Parker have successfully rented and sold our house this past year. The circumstances surrounding the rental were complicated and fraught, however Amanda dealt with every situation with efficiency, calm and good humour. Managing the rental, she consistently went out of her way to help both us, the landlords and the tenants - on many an occasion doing things that were far beyond the remit of a managing agent. We simply could not have asked for a kinder, more helpful agent and we owe her great thanks.
Subsequently Amanda managed the sale of our property. Having previously appointed another estate agency, we were able to compare Lock & Parker's service, and frankly there was no comparison. Amanda and her team personally showed the property every time; made sure the property looked good for viewings and then negotiated the sale with aplomb. She hand-held throughout the sale process, and again, went over and above what was expected to make sure that both parties were happy. We can not thank Amanda and Lock & Parker enough for their successful sale of our property and highly recommend them to other sellers and landlords. They set a great example of how to offer excellent service! We wish Amanda and her team every success in the future.
