What a joke! I'm guessing that the majority of these (good) reviews are fake. As a renter, I have never dealt with a more difficult agency. On several occasions they have directly contravened terms of my lease (attempting to put the rent up by an extortionate amount/organising non-emergency visits without the requisite 24 hours notice/not fixing things such as a broken boiler in February/sending in workmen to 'fix' things who actually make the problem worse/etc) I could write an essay on the trouble we have had! And that's before I even get started on the extortionate fees they charge! All I can say is thank goodness for the government deposit scheme as I know in the past friends have had the same sorts of issues and this agency has then attempted to withhold their deposits - at least they can't do that any more. I feel one star is generous.... But, alas, it won't let me award zero!

That is because they do not respect their tenants. My house was offered on the market without me knowing.
