The worst customer service experience I have ever had with a lettings agency ever. First time I called the lady I spoke to (31st of August 2016 at around 11:00 AM) just hung up on me. I called about 2 minutes later to inquire about a property and arrange a viewing and although I was polite, I don't think anyone was that rude on the phone to me ever. The lady I spoke to was constantly huffing and puffing every time I asked her a question about the property and when she took my details she didn't even bother to check they were correct. She just bluntly hung up after I told her what my name and phone number was. Definitely wouldn't want to rent or buy from an agency that doesn't even have basic customer care skills. Utterly disappointing and unprofessional. Please thread with care if choosing this agency.

I have never had such a bad customer experience as with this firm. I was interested in a property and my calls were never returned, Robin Thomson himself was never available and the lady I spoke to was actually rude when I commented on this....
