We appreciated Adam's hard work in securing the flat we wanted. Adam is friendly and approachable. He was quick to answer any questions we had. The only issue we were slightly disappointed with was when we received our keys, we found that our flat was not ready to move in to for another couple of weeks due to repairs and cleaning which we were advised would be done prior to the start of the tenancy. Perhaps it is not the agent's responsibility to ensure the property is ready but we felt that once the keys were handed over, we could have done with a little bit of help. Thanks to everyone at Riverhomes. We are very happy in our new home.
