From the moment I met Cathy I was sure that I'd put my home in her hands. She is a very knowledgable lady and very thorough. I had no doubt that she would find me a buyer and get me my asking price, she did and so quickly. She is also a very 'real' person and I'd recommend her to anyone thinking of selling and using Bradley's. So pleased with the service received from Cath.
Comment on agent fees
Lower than all other agents I invited, indeed I felt that the other companies were pulling a fast one as they offered me lower percentages when I said that I'd got a great deal with Bradley's. No such skulduggery from Bradley's.
