Complete and utter disaster of a letting agent!!! Should have took it as a warning sign when I used to work for one of their contractors that they never paid for the work they did while I was there. Moved into a flat, was upfront that we are expecting. Was never informed of the mould issue of the property that ruined our collectables as well as affected health. Rachael Watson at the office ignored all communication saught - surprised she's still there! Light bulbs not working - was told it's our responsibility to change them. Turned out they never worked, amongst other things!
Upon moving out(which they made terribly difficult), trying to deduct costs for problems caused by the damp by Hayley Acorn, as well as a wobbly shelf that was like that when we moved in. Again, amongst other things! Please, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, involve youself in any dealings with Hunters! Just goes to show they have no common decency - caused me to end up in hospital while pregnant due to stress caused by their ignorance/blatant money grabbing and the non existant communication. This review will only be removed under successful return of the deposit in full
