They have managed my rental property since 2012. At first all went well but since Andy Hampton became mayor of Wimborne I have had to chase them for rent all the time. They currently owe me 6 moths rent and rarely answer the phone or reply to emails.

Hello " fuming landlord" I am a partner in Trowbridges Estate and Lettings and we have recently taken on Morgan Hamptons portfolio. As you can imagine this is a huge job. The files and the general management of the properties are of a poor standard. I urge you to contact us at our office on 01202 850398 if we haven't already contacted you. What agent could do to change your mind?
They are happy to take peoples money - but what for I don't know because they clearly do NOT Manage Properties or their Maintenance (Isn't this what they're paid to do!)

Please complain to the ombudsman etc. These agents are a disgrace and shouldn't be allowed to trade on unsuspecting tenants/landlords ...
