Everyone started three years ago when we went to visit the flat with the agent without informing the previous tenants. We rung the bell, the tenants could not show us the flat in that moment but they told us to wait one hour. After showing our disappointment to the agent (Huw) the answer has been I do not care, If you do not want to see the flat do not worry. In that moment we should have walked away and change agency. Unfortunately, we loved the flat so we took it.
We stayed there for two years in which we had a hole in the ceiling for three months (YES, THREE MONTHS), none paint the flat again after one year and we got mould in the bathroom and in each room. When we decided to move, we cleaned the flat properly and we gave the keys back. Since all the agency want is to make money out of people with bad services and bad quality houses, they tried the best to take part of our deposit. And you know what? They managed to take out £50 (YES, FIFTY POUNDS) out if our deposit just for some spots of blue tack. I am extremely happy to have changed agency. The only extremely nice person is Derek who helped us so much!

Thank you for your comments and giving us feedback, I would like to add that whilst you were good tenants for 3 years the flat was not left clean , and we actually gave you the chance to come back and clean the flat and you did take up the offer and you were NOT charged anything towards cleaning, even though the landlord still did have a cleaner , re-clean the flat after your further efforts as they were not adequate for the next tenants, the £50 charge (£16.66 between 3 tenants) was in fact for contribution to the damage to the paintwork that was caused by the Blutac/hanging items on the walls, the cost for Derek to do the repairs was considerably more, and I must say that £17 each as a contribution to the landlord spending almost £1000 is really not unreasonable and I hope that you find future landlords to be as fair as the owner of the flat was.
If you want to double check the above is correct then suggest you speak to your flat mate Emma who agreed to the above.
Good luck with your moves
