Our family home neighbours a property that is managed by the Worsley branch, returned home one day from work to find that their tenants were erecting a secondary fence (over 2 metres) on their side of the property, not only does this look a complete mess this is also blocking out sunlight into our garden. I have visited both the landlady and the letting agent about this personally and raised a complaint 4 months ago to Alison from the Worsley branch guaranteed me that this secondary fence was not permitted by them nor the landlady and this would be rectified. Since then I had no follow up communication from Alison or Mrs Tabolski (Landlady) I have left reviews on social media and was told that the fence had been there for 9 years however I have only owned my property for you years and recent google earth imaging dictates that this is a pack of lies. I have informed Hunters Worsley that I am due to start legal proceedings with this. Hunters have a duty of care to manage their properties and their tenants if someone was to adapt boundaries to one of my rented properties I would see fit to put it right however their tenants seem to allow their customers to be a law to their own. I hope that this reaches Mr Harry Hill and Kevin Hollinrake of Hunters as Alison from your Worsley branch is quite happy for your tenants to ruin private owners property as a recent property valuation has shown this has effected our property.
