After 12 months when the fixed term tenancy ended we found out that the tenant was on full DSS since day one and pets in the property which we made very clear to the agent from the start that we did not want. We were assured that there wouldn't be any and no DSS tenants but in actual fact this was the case and a lot of damage to the property furniture. The inventory checklist document that was completed at the start by the agent had a signature against the tenant's name but the tenant confirmed that the signature was not theirs and this was further confirmed from the letters and passport documents that was shown to me. The signature was clearly forged by someone from the agent and the inventory checklist document was all made up. The full inventory had never taken place which is what we was advised, clearly we were deceived by the agent.

When I decided to discuss the matter with the agent (Ravi), he refused to listen, shouted and used foul language and then slammed the phone down which was completely unacceptable, rude and unprofessional.

Would not recommend to anyone.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Agents fees were low compared to industry standard but I guess you get what you pay for as the saying goes.

Dear ‘Pete'. Thanks for your false and slanderous review. Can you kindly shed some light on when you called me personally and when I used foul language and slammed the phone on you? I certainly can't recall any incident such as this, maybe you being the victim should know roughly when you attempted to contact me, that's if you did!! As you have been very forthcoming with your thoughts, id appreciate more transparency as to when you contacted us and when your complaint wasn't dealt with in the right way. Hi there, can I ask who you spoke to from "Irwin Fisher"? I believe there maybe a confusion. If it was "I.F Let's", then "I.F Lets" is not the same as Irwin Fisher.
