Worst estate agents I have ever encountered. They seem dodgy when we first dealt with them when it came to the fees, not being refundable if they turned us down for a property. That's a great way to make money! It's taken almost a year to get Thu he sorted in the apartment, including electrics and out of date fire alarms. I will not hang on about the state of the garden without blowing a fuse! They are disrepectful, arrogant and rude, poor dress sense and very unprofessional manners. A young child was brought around when conducting checks on the apartment as they normally do to report back to the landlord with, about how clean the house is/danages etc. Told them today we'll be a week late for a small fraction of the rent (most was paid today which is rent day) and threatened us with eviction. The list goes on. We have a month old baby and we feel we are trapped in limbo with these corrupt sales people. They don't give the slightest damn about tenants but favour the landlords. They speak so rudely to you, get funny with you in an unprofessional manner etc. Again, worst experience of estate agent (or tenancy) I have ever encountered and I would urge anyone from renting through Bloxham with strong advice.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Bad! Not only are the fees very high for entering some things into a computer but are not refundable if they say no to a tenancy. I'm sure that's borderline legal to say the least. They just seem really corrupt.
