Sick of all these hidden fees and charges! Charged me £24 for a reference full well knowing I could not use that reference due to the fact they did not tell me when my rent was due, allowed it to run late by nearly a month then put late payments on the reference. Very helpful now I am hindered in getting my next property all thanks to abbots Norwich and dishonest Kerry Brady! I happen to find abbots staff including Kerry Brady sneaky and will try to lie there way out of the issue. Never using them again and do not advise anyone else to!!!
