An agent from Frosts took us round a few properties; we liked one of them, so phoned back to put in an offer. The agent wasn't in, so we left a message 'that we'd like to put in an offer'. We weren't called back, so phoned again the following day. The same thing happened.

We took the hint: if they can't be bothered with basic customer service when you want to put in an offer, what chance that they will be reactive when you're a tenant and the boiler breaks down?
