Don't respond in time, blame is always redirected to the customer, direct debit is set too low creating debt, they don't deal with direct debit amount changes in time causing debt to increase, no reasonable answers given and no resolutions to mitigate problems. All in all I am as a paying customer very disappointed in their service. Would not recommend!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Dealt with requests an correspondence in a timely and less sporadic manner. Direct debits initially set to higher, the form they supply is set at a cost and the request over phone to change it up was ignored and has caused me a great deal of worry. They seem to resist correspondence.
