Rude, unhelpful, disrespectful, unprofessional. Ask to speak to manager. told he's not in after literally just speaking to him, then 30 secs later he answers a question to the receptionist.

When we as landlords decided to change letting agents from JJ, as they had allowed debts to accrue and been extremely rude and unhelpful to my elderly parents, they told our tenants, (who we were happy to keep as tenants) that they had to move as we were evicting them. This was a complete pack of lies and we only discovered it when the tenant rang and asked why they couldnt remain. I wouldnt trust this agency with the management of a wet cardboard box let alone a valuable rental property. LANDLORDS BEWARE

I've been here 3 yrs and it full of damp no repairs and the carpet is old fashioned and grubby they suppose 2 change them bye law every 3rs ...
