Initially service from Simpsons felt quite good, until we realised property had gone missing from our house (and coincidentally from a friend's home also on the market with Simpson's). Suspicions fell on one of their agents who left the company in a hurry within days of the theft and went to work for another agent who subsequently dismissed him on similar suspicions. The managing director was reluctant to address the issues and although he met with us, it was clear that he did not have adequate governance arrangements and checks in place for prospective staff and had not checked references. We were deeply disappointed with his standards and those of his staff and would recommend anyone considering using Simpsons to be very careful.
