Zero communication from these guys.
In the middle of winter my boiler broke; whilst I understand this wasn't their fault and it is not something that can be fixed overnight, I would have appreciated them returning my phone calls. I was left for what felt like an age without hearing or hot water, at one point it was 8 degrees in my flat, yet it took numerous phone calls to them for them to even supply an electric heater. I wasn't contacted by them at all and only ever found out what was going on after I called them numerous times.
It took them nearly two months and multiple emails to fix one small thing, all the while the staff being rude and patronising.
I would advise anyone thinking of dealing with them to think again, but if you must, make sure you inspect the place VERY carefully when you move in. Many, many things were missed out on their inventory; inspect it yourself, take pictures as proof and make sure they add those things to the inventory. Otherwise they will blame you and charge you an arm and a leg for issues that were already there.
