As I have a national responsibility for training some of the countries top sales companies, I tend to take my work home with me, unfortunately many people think that good sales is all about hounding and pressuring to get an end ¢â‚¬ËœI win you lose' result when in face a ¢â‚¬Ëœwin win' is the desired outcome. That can best be achieved by treating potential customers as you would wish to be treated yourself, no more, no less. That is exactly how I found your staff acted.
