ADM were very slow to act upon any issues that occurred in the house, with issues seemingly 'resolved' by several different staff members, all of whom would give different advice.

They would regularly forget previous work done on the house, advice from contractors or issues raised. They were inflammatory, rude, ignorant and incompetent from start to finish.

Contractors that visited the house, and the landlord all echoed their incompetence, and failure to deal with issues promptly and effectively.

This review will probably be met with a diatribe of abuse from the company. I would strongly advise prospective tennants to look elsewhere, there are much better estate agents in Huddersfield which I wish I had of chose.
What agent could do to change your mind?

Dear John,
You had moved into a newly renovated property and resigned a further 6 months and also asked for a 1 month extension to the lease. We as a company act very professionally and look after our customers needs. We sent over many contractors to the property many times, looking for a leak, It was not mentioned to us were this was leaking from, until our contractor found the bath was leaking in 2015. ( this was repaired) That condensation in the house had built up due to not airing the property and drying all your clothes over radiators and a clothes horse in a small open plan two bed. (Ventilation is very important when renting a property) We had asked you to use a dryer for drying clothes which you refused.
On inspections air locks on windows left closed, an air vent was fitted to a window yet this was closed. We left a dehumidifier at the property which was again switched off and unplugged.
You have left the property damaged and not cleaned, stated on check out, that " cobwebs left on wall, ceilings, the properties wood work tops are all damaged and property is left dirty".
The terms of the lease state clearly to professionally clean the property at the end of the lease term.
As an agent for 16 years never have we been meet with such a disregard and lack of respect of a landlords property.

All our tenants leave there homes clean and tidy.
