We booked viewing with Morris Dibben Lettings agency in Southampton and we came from York to view the property but the agent didn't turn up and on top of that they were not picking call. We waited there for approximately 1.5 hours for her. It is really disappointing with such unprofessional behavior. I hope not to go with your agency anymore and not to recommend anyone.

It was fair price to what I had with other agents but I'm glad they have property managment in branch ! As I can talk to them at all times or pop in.
