So far i have been moved in a week and have had problems from the start. The day we moved in they didnt have the keys prepared so i had a "spare" which i later found out wasnt a spare at all and was a key for somewhere else and so couldnt get in (postponing my move in date by a day as they were closed by the time we found the problem).

When we did move in i found several faults with the property (such as lack of hot water, faulty cooker and faulty washing machine). After a week and a half of phoning them everyday and chasing up the problem still no one has been sent round to view the problems.

The estate agents are irresponsible and generally have no regard for you once you sign on the dotted line. They didnt provide us with correct information and were generally unprepared.

Avoid if at all possible!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Prompt with repairs, ensure they were prepared for us moving in and generally given a damn!
