Notice how all the landlords/ladys think this is a good company, and all the tenants rate them as an awful one - theres a reason for that! They tout themselves as a 'property management' company, except all they do is manage to frustrate you and leave you with bad customer service. As an example, our boiler wasn't working, so we called them, and had to wait over a week for them to call in their 'approved plumber' (basically the cheapest one they could find!), so we had about 10 days with no hot water, leaving us to shower at work or the gym! Next thing, the toilet broke, we call them again and they then decided to change their policy so we had to submit a 'form' to get a repairman out. Fine, if a bit of red tape is needed then so be it, but then you call them up and ask them whats happening, they ask you what the problem is, so they don't even read the forms. The toilet took TWO WEEKS to get fixed (all i can say is thank god we had friends living nearby!) - when i asked why its taking so long, they didn't class a broken toilet as an emergency (!!!) and suggested we use public toilets in the park, or at the train station. I don't think i need to explain how disgusted i was at this suggestion! Furthermore, when the toilet did eventually get fixed, they tried to make us pay for it, saying we 'forced the top of the cistern off' - I'm not a plumber, I'm not going to attempt to fix a toilet, so you can shove that idea where it doesnt shine! The radiators also broke, needing another repairman, and another two week wait!
So if no hot water, no heating, and no toilet isn't classed as an emergency, what is? I dread to think, but know full well whatever it is they'll probably say is an 'act of god' and therefore refuse to do anything about it.
Ive dealt with everyone in that office and they are all as thick as **** and so rude it makes my blood boil.
They also refuse to give out the names and contact details of the landlords/ladys to tenants. This is probably because they know they'd be out of business if the owners knew how they were really handling their properties!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Do your jobs and actually manage a property rather than try and duck out of doing any real work. Have some god damn pride in your job - I'm sure you didn't want to end up as an estate agent (or spawn of satan, same thing), but thats the card you were dealt, so make your own lives easier and try actually working for a change!

These tenants are very rude and abusive to my staff and expect us to do everything for them even when it is not our responsibility to do so. We did not tell anyone to go to the toilet in the park. When there is an issue about this type of heating tank it takes a number of days to get the part and have it fitted. We do not use the cheapest plumber, we use the "best plumber for the job". Refering us all as "thick as ****" tells you everything you need to know about the people who have placed this work of fiction. We are the good guys here painted in a bad light by tenants with unreasonable expectations and an over active sense on what we have to do for them. Paul Endacott - Director
