Myself and my partner are renting our first home and Bradley's have made the process very enjoyable and easy. From the first viewing with Jav he was very professional, on time and knew all about the property. There was no question he couldn't answer. By far the best viewing we have had. We then began to deal with Kathy, who was the most helpful person we have ever spoke to. She was able to give advice to us, and made us feel important and not just another tenant on the books. When she said she would ring she did and went the extra mile to help us.
Comment on agent fees
These were very expensive and a lot cheaper at other agents however unlike other agents, Bradley's are upfront and honest about the fees from the start so there are no nasty surprises half way through. We feel although it is expensive the service is worth it.
