They were not attentive when i went into the branch. The receptionist asked the one agent in the branch to deal with my query and they said they were busy and i had to wait over 5 minutes, after which time there was no good customer service and not much politeness.
After viewing one property with them, no one called to follow up the viewing, so i didn't bother go back to deal with them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
followed up the viewing with a call!!!! Been attentive on my arrival and query
