I am a homeowner who purchased a property from Hamlet New Homes in Burton on Trent in 2006. They initially dealt with the management and handed over to Solitaire in 2007. All i can say is that it has been a nightmare ever since. To cut a long story short they have billed for work that has not been done and have so far refused to send out invoices for the alleged work that has been done.

I've sent a request to Watchdog (don't expect to get anywhere) and also spoke to Consumer Direct who have advised that they will pass over the details to Trading Standards so i'll keep you posted.
