The worst letting experience we have ever had, as tenants or landlords. The litany of incompetence is too long to list, but just a few examples - no completion pack for over 2 months, despite repeated requests; house dirty when we moved in, with empty sandwich packets beside the fridge and socks still in the washing machine; we never received a full set of keys, and once got locked out of the house when the agent had been in while we were out; request to have peeling radiators repainted was approved by the landlord 2 weeks after moving in, but wasn't actually done for 5 months; agent turned up out of the blue on the doorstep to say we would be getting notice to leave the next day as the landlord needed the house back; the agency made a mistake in the refund of the deposit, and then sent threatening letters demanding repayment in spite of agreement to request a refund through the bank. Add to this the attitude of staff and failure to respond to questions and requests, and it was a complete disaster. I have never complained publicly about a company before, but this was exceptionally bad. Avoid.
What agent could do to change your mind?
