Where do I start? Takes forever to get hold of Sarah who seems to be the only one who can make any decisions. Its one excuse after another, I will do it in 5 mins, I will do it in 10mins, I tried to do it but email have gone down. They give you false promises about call backs but never do. I wish I'd never dealt with them in the first place.
Comment on agent fees
They promised me one thing but then now backtracking on this. When they agree to do what was promised, apparently the email system is down so they can't speak to Accountant. I wonder how we are meant to talk to people in this day and age when the email systems are down? I'm surprised that they are still allowed to run.
