Myself and my partner had and are still having a terrible experience with Haart. We began the process of renting which then fell through due to the landlord not agreeing terms with Haart.
This was over nearly 4 weeks ago, and they are still to refund us the £500 deposit we payed.
We were assured it would be paid back, but every time we ring (every day) we are given a vague message about it being a problem with the accounts department and are told someone will ring us back. Which has not happened. We have also been into the branch several times but to no avail.
It is very frustrating and also financially we are unable to put down another deposit anywhere else.
I am really upset about out treatment with Haart, would never rent from the again and would urge others not to.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Refunded our money as soon as the let had fallen through. Also ever returned our phone calls and kept us informed with the process of our refund.
