I engaged with Romans to sell my house and buy a new one in December and agreed I would accept their fee on the basis that they did as they said they would and provided ¢â‚¬Å“EXCELLENT¢â‚¬Â service; the house sign sold my house fairly quickly but the constant patchy and confusing conversations that followed were poor, dealing with several people supplying the same information all the time to them and them never communicating internally and sending paperwork to my family solicitor without my authority was bad but as I found out that was just the tip of the iceberg, in terms of the buying process they simply stopped being interested in me when they had apparently done the job of selling my home despite the fact that I needed to move to complete the chain, I mean you would think they would want to earn the fee? Very Bizarre and poor service!

My buyer pulled out last minute which you cannot blame the estate agent for just one of those things but that obviously caused me some issues then buying the house I had an agreement on but instead of putting my one back on the market to try and keep my purchase together they put the house I wanted to buy on the market without my knowledge and acceptance, within effect they cancelled my purchase and despite knowing I needed to sell mine did not reactivate my house, as you can see completely without logic and ethically very poor, in my opinion both their service and trustworthiness are well below what you would expect from a professional organisation and I have since spoken to several friends who say the same ¢â‚¬â€œ my advice avoid at all costs in Frimley!!!

Just selected the property and paid the initial amount but cancelled the property in an hour after heard a very bad remark about this agency from my close friend. They refused to refund and informed that they did some underground work with my money. Most of the cases they do charge every 6months with tenancy renewal fee and all the maintenance they blame the tenant and charge. How come this many positive feedback for this worst agency? Stay ...
