It was clear from the outset that both Daniel and Adrian were very experienced and this shone through during the service they provided. Their refreshingly honest approach revived my faith in estate agents having had a bad experience previously with another firm. They did everything they said they were going to do and sold our house for over the asking price - it was so hassle free we would recommend Goodwin Ellis to anyone - definitely give them a try - thanks again Dan & Adrian - great job

This is the 2nd review in 2 weeks from people who have nothing better to do than post 1 star reviews because they don't meet the criteria! My colleague never said that the property in question wouldn't take children (they will), but she did say that a joint income of £34,500 would be needed to pass the referencing via the agency we use. How does it benefit us to not move people into properties? Next time someone kicks up a fuss, I'll take the 1 weeks holding deposit from them and keep it when t ...

Like a lot of agencies, we outsource our referencing to a 3rd party (Rent4Sure). They make it quite clear that they require a joint income of £36,000 to rent a property at £1200pcm. We cannot offer a rent protection policy to our landlords if the tenant doesn't meet the criteria. We don't get paid unless someone moves into the properties, so I'm not sure why Ms May feels that we are discriminating against her?
