All Helmores staff were efficient, friendly and professional. They advised us to price the house competively which resulted in a lot of interest in the property.
Rona was a particular help and was totally supportive during the protracted period of 9 months before our house finally sold, including the loss of our initial buyers. She was particularly good at keeping us informed and explaining what was happening. She was willing to be proactive in moving events along when other parties involved were less helpful.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
