No Properties
I've searched our database and cannot find any properties in SW19 that we let and manage for £1200 pm as you state. That aside I can assure you and any other tenants that we very much comply with the law in respect of issuing LL Gas Safety Certificates at the beginning of a tenancy. Furthermore we take very seriously the ongoing management of our clients properties and undertake all repairs and maintenance in a timely fashion.
