I'm a landlord who formerly had a property with Roach estates. I found their service to be very poor. Checks were not carried out on time, or at all, and the staff were evasive and defensive when any enquiries were made rather than trying to solve a problem.

I bet David Kellard wrote this review himself. Bunch of criminals renting out peoples property without keeping them up to date, Not going checks and NOT passing on money to landlords ...
