Awful experience with this company, incompetent staff, ignore emails, refuse to give contact details of branch manager and director, withholding money that they owe me.
very expensive fees compared to others agencies and I have no idea why because the service is shocking. Called my previous landlord in excess of four times asking for references they had already obtained, never even applied for a work reference despite being given the details, no one returns calls.
worst estate agents I have ever dealt with, they care about nothing other than money and their own pockets and very little regard for tenets.
