The business, including DC Law are awful! Time management, customer service and following policies and procedures are not their strong suit, although we managed to obtain our property using their services, this was mainly down to my persistence more than their ability or effort.

They have a 4 hour policy where any voicemail, email or message must be responded to within that time scale, it was more like a 4+ day time scale and when the response was issued it included more rubbish than actual answers.

I actually made a formal complaint where their policy is to have an answer within 28 days, to which i got a response saying they would not be able to meet this as they have only started looking into it 24 days into the complaint!

For a business that was dealing with a probate sale and knew their was a time limit on this they showed no urgency, no commitment and didnt even try and appease a client but instead pushed the complaints aside with underhand comments and poor excuses. I could go on all day but long story short here is avoid these guys like the plague! they are neither good nor cheap and are a massive waste of time and money.
