We had a tenancy with Edzell for over 3 years. They are the worst letting agent I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Unhelpfull & rude staff. The do not follow up on repairs and you have to hound them. Unlikely to get your deposit back either. Their property's are not looked after. I would not recommend them as an agent.

Bad - I understand our fee's were higher as we had a lift within our building needing maintenance, but I didn't release how much higher we paid compared to the local average until my neighbours made me aware (over £150 per quarter extra). As a result my former neighbours are now trying to replace Edzell as their factor.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
