The support received by Bassets was tremendous. Being a first buyer there is lots of jargon and a lot of stress. Tthis was all eased by the structured and professional yet friendly manner with which this agent dealt with my purchase.
Contact was maintained throughout the purchase and the solicitors were chased up efficiently to speed up the process.
I would highly reccommend them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be honest. Treat tenants as they would like to be treated themselves. Use paperwork that is appropriate to the property. Respond to urgent problems in a timely manner. Don't patronise customers or make comments about their personal effects even if it is not to their taste.Attached Filesnbsp;

I also have found them rude , they have new staff who when doing the periodic inspection take pictures of everything including all of our stuff. We look after the hous and spent a lot of our own time and money keeping it in good order . I just can't believe they are allowed to do this esp in our bedroom surely that's our own private space . I have complained about this practice and was told it was for my benefit ,really!! ...
