*disrespectful letting agents.
I speak from my experience as a tenant of a share house and studio flat i have rented trough them.They are lovely when you sign in the contract and that's it. When repairs came to place the arrogance and luck of respect started. They tell you that repairs are your responsibility. I don't think they ever heard of tenants rights. I went through so much problems with landlord because of them. I am planning joined law suit against them. Anyone want join me?

Updadate: Room2Let finally returned my deposit after a lot of email and call exchanges. While I feel it is fair that I add this update to whoever maybe reading, I cannot hide my displeasure at how they handled the whole thing.
