Introduced by the redoubtable Ian Blanchford, Loren looked after us beautifully throughout what was, unavoidably, a protracted and bureaucratic (listed building) sale. Reassuringly good natured, she dealt with solicitors and kept us informed all the way through. We felt we were in competent and professional hands. Seemed fair and reasonable - no hidden extras. I particularly appreciated the "package deal" approach (incl fixed solicitor's fees etc)

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
