Ilanga Property Managenent UK LTD. Failed to deal with maintenance issues at the property within an acceptable time frame. They failed to notify me the landlord of a number issues until a letter of complaint was written by the tenants. They also failed to pay rent to me within the agreed time scale of 10 days. They told the tenants that I wanted them to sign a new AST agreement even though I did not agree to this and was done by Ilanga to extract more fees from both tenant and landlord. When the Full Managent agreement was terminated with Ilanga, both I and the tenants wrote to Ilanga to request they return the deposit. The AST is coming to an end now and are still with holding the return of the deposit!! Ilanga are also with holding the keys to my property, the gas safety certifcate and the inventory!! I would not use Ilanga Property Management UK LTD in the capacity of landlord or tenant and would say that any agent waivering the tenants finding fee and only charging 6 % management fee - STAY WELL CLEAR! I was also mislead by Ilanga regarding their ARLA membership, ARLA pusued them last year for inappropriately using the ARLA logo on their website.
