I found them excellent at finding a tenant but they were too officious and interfering once we had tenants. Tried to get me to draw up another 6 month agreement and pay another fee and also wrote to my tenants which was unnecessary and I felt not their place to do. Also sent me letters telling me to renew my gas safety certificate when it was not even due - not sure why as they had a copy on file - also sent me another reminder after I had sold the property!
