Avoid like the plague! Hamptons are an absolute nightmare to deal with. We have rented our current flat for 4 years which is managed by Hamptons. Last year when we renewed our contract it was on the basis that items within the flat were replaced, and parts of the flat were repaired.
A year later we are still waiting and have given up trying. Not sure what our landlord is paying them to manage but he certainly isn't getting his moneys worth, and the items that needed to be repaired are now in worse condition so will do doubt cost him a considerable amount more than when the issues were originally pointed out.
