We would like to thank the helmores team and particularly Amy for their hard work during the sale of our house. They generated a lot of interest and we went sale agreed within 1 working day! before completing a few months later. The whole service was managed efficiently and Amy provided excellent customer service, keeping us updated as the sale progressed. Great job

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
