i rented a room in a houseshare with them. they advertise saying that each room is for single occupancy. when i moved in there was a couple using the room and the agency was very much aware of this. however, the bills were not split by person but by room number so the couple paid the same as 1 person.
we complained a lot about this couple (from noise to cleanliness) and no action at all was taken.
when i moved out, even though my inventory showed everything was the same as when i had received it, i was later told that my deposit would be reduced because the SHARED tower had limescale (this was a whole month after i moved out).
i only got back my reduced deposit months after moving out, following threat of legal action.
