I can highly recommend Sue and Annabel from River Homes.
Taking viewings and the process to secure the flat that i moved to were effortless and i always got responses, or answers to questions, no matter how big or small. Being extremely approachable and showing a true honesty you don't get with many agents. It really did make it a lot easier than i'd experienced with other agents before.
Once i had moved into the flat, having River Homes manage the property was extremely helpful, from setting up accounts/bills to making sure your balcony door was shut after you'd driven to work. Nothing was too big a problem and being able to have a meaningful conversation, certainly made the pain of moving a lot more manageable.
I can truly say this was the best experience I've had when moving into a new property and now I've found out what it should be like each time.
