When viewing the flat initially Scott turned up an hour late, I had to keep ringing the agent to get updates on when he would arrive.

The inventory was never done, the landlord changed but Allen and Crane failed to notify me and the payments went to the wrong landlord.

Took 2 months to send a plumber to fix a leaking toilet.

After vacating the property took over two months to get my deposit back.

I totally agree with what you have mentioned. The service provided by these estate agents are terrible. We went through a tough time after taking a property from them.
They never take immediate action to our problems and never communicate.
