Openess, Persistence, Professionalism, Ease of Access, Technology (Website access and account benefits) Empathy of a situation - We were very difficult in the sense we had some serious problems and used up a lot of time of various people with regards to trying to solve those problems. Not once did anyone refuse a call or refuse to help a situation.
